Keynotes & Public Speaking
Dr. Christa Dhimo has been a public speaker and keynote since 2004, sharing her experience and expertise in improving organizational performance in highly regulated industries.
By 2017, and with twenty years of experience behind her designing and leading highly complex strategic programs in a variety of highly regulated industries, Dr. Christa became a sought-after speaker to share her personal and professional experience as well as her research for what it takes to do impossible things-- particularly when those sponsoring such complex initiative believe it actually is impossible.
Her speaking engagements showcase her humor, her relatability, and her reputation for delivering results when time is scarce, resources are overwhelmed, and leader-sponsors are misbehaving (but think they are doing their jobs by being "passionate").
She openly shares ways for leaders to honor the complexity of getting hard work done, sponsor their teams in ways to encourage communication and problem-solving, and reframe complex and complicated initiatives so leader-sponsors develop. She also offers to employees ways to coach and guide their leader-sponsors so as to decrease or completely change how leader-sponsors manage stress and emotional roadblocks that create more obstacles than what already exists.
With a career devoted to enabling organizational success, Dr. Christa's speaking themes include motivation, stress management, learning and growth, empowerment and speaking up, and change. As an organizational behavior and management researcher, she infuses empirical data in all she offers.
Below are a sampling of her most notable speaking topics.
